Our Homeless Outreach Program is dedicated to addressing homelessness by providing support, resources, and assistance to individuals in need. Our compassionate team of outreach workers engages respectfully and empathetically with those experiencing homelessness, building trust and offering essential resources like food, clothing, and hygiene kits. We connect individuals to local shelters, healthcare services, and other resources to stabilize their situation and help them find a path towards stability and self-sufficiency. We also offer ongoing case management and support, working collaboratively with other organizations to create a holistic approach to ending homelessness.
