What We Do.
BLOC Squad is an Intervention program in the City of Memphis in which our mission is to equip, empower, and bridge the gap of at-risk youth and their families. BLOC Squad responds to the condition of the neighborhoods, provides case management for at-risk girls and boys, and does one-to-one mentoring with our participants to understand their needs to assist with changing their behaviors so that they can pursue a productive life.
At the BLOC Squad, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. Our decision-making process is informed by comprehensive empirical studies and high-quality data evaluation. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact on all of our participants.
BLOC Squad impacts it’s community by:
- Mentoring
- Intervention
- Outreach
- Developmental Programs
