About the BLOC - Bloc Squad

What We Do.

BLOC Squad is an Intervention program in Memphis and Shelby County in which our mission is to equip, empower, and bridge the gap of the highest-risk youth between the ages 13-35 and their families. BLOC Squad responds to the condition of the neighborhoods, provides case management for those highest-risk individuals, and does one-to-one mentoring with our participants to understand their needs to assist with changing their behaviors so that they can pursue a productive life.

At the BLOC Squad, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. Our decision-making process is informed by comprehensive empirical studies and high-quality data evaluation. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact on all of our participants.
